Epiphany 2015: enjoy our surprise for your children


befanaOn January 6, 2015, on the occasion of the Epiphany, the Superintendent to meet the needs of the many tourists who visit the monument to mark the Epiphany, has organized the opening of the Complex vanvitelliano Tuesday January 6th (closing day) with the usual visiting hours.

The special opening of the Palace is made possible by the availability of supervisory staff and labor organizations with special tours of duty in place to ensure the visit even on the day of closing.

hildren up to 12 years will be divided into groups, and equipped with a map of the Palace, they will seek , locate on the map and paste the details required by the mission. The winners will receive a special prize, the other a consolation prize. The children and their parents will be accompanied by specialized guides into the Royal Apartments, and the 90 minutes visit will end into the halls of the Nativity where they will listen Christmas fairy tales . At the end of the visit, families will see into the “retrostanze”, many models of the games and carousels that entertained the young Bourbon Princes: swings, Ferris wheels (including the so-called “air fleet”) and the curious “Egyptian bird”, ancestor of the modern shooting.

The event is organized in collaboration with the educational service of the Reggia di Caserta by Civita Musea

Cost: 5.00 per child; a parent carer, for max 2 children, will receive a free ticket.
